Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days after payment confirmation (unless buyer has requested an intentional delay). 
  • Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Custom or personalised items may require additional processing time.

  • Shipping costs vary heavily depending on location in the world.
  • Free shipping may be available for England and Wales.
  • *FREE UK DELIVERY OFFER DOES NOT APPLY TO ISLE FO MAN & NORTHERN IRELAND.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or rural areas.

  • Some products have shipping restrictions to certain locations and have been excluded intentionally to save our customers time and money.

International Shipping and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • We use DAP (Delivered At Place) terms - you pay any import costs upon delivery
  • Packages may be delayed or returned if duties/taxes are not paid. If this should occur, this may be reflected in your refund. Furthermore, you will not receive a refund for any carriage/postage paid once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Information

  • Signature may be required for delivery.
  • If you're not available, packages will be left with a neighbor or at a local depot.
  • We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
  • Delivery address changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
