Application Process:

1. Preparation: Ideal for use over water-based paints. For solvent-based basecoats, consult the manufacturer regarding the addition of 10% hardener for proper adhesion.
2. Mixing: Combine 2 parts clearcoat with 1 part MMH4 hardener. Add 5% thinner if needed to achieve a viscosity of 17-19 seconds. Warm the clearcoat or add the appropriate thinner for best results.
3. Application: Apply a single super fine mist coat followed by one full coat with no flash off in between. Allow a 5-minute flash off before baking.
4. Finishing: Provides a 4-day window for easy polishing. After this period, the clearcoat may become harder to polish.

Additional Information:

• Fadeout Technique: Mix clearcoat and thinner 50/50 for best results. Apply a mist coat over the fadeout area followed by a neat fadeout finish.
• Storage: Store at room temperature before use.
• Technical Specs:
  • Baking times: 15 minutes at 60°C, or 1.5 hours at 20°C.
  • Elasticity: Add 10% MULTI-FLEX to increase elasticity and stone chip resistance.
